Mother’s Day Menu:

Roasted Figs wrapped in prosciutto with a side of herb GF dinner roll
with crème friache.

Refreshing Gazpacho (Spanish cold soup)

Veal or Chicken involini stuffed with bell peppers and zucchini on a
bed of grilled sliced eggplant basil and mint.

Chickpea Salad with Grilled Polenta

Grilled Pineapple skewers with honey and port dipping sauce for dessert

Served with Sangria at reception at 4:30pm
Dinner at 5pm- 7pm
Massages slots start at 3:30pm – 5pm & 7pm – 8:30pm
